St. John’s, NL- Elijah Macon, a 6’9 240lb Forward from Columbus, Ohio has signed a 2019-2020 NBLC Player Contract with the St. John’s Edge. Macon joins the Edge for his third professional season after stop in Bosnia, Hungary and Chile.
Macon, spent four years at West Virginia University playing under legendary Head Coach Bob Huggins. While at WVU he appeared in 103 games, making 29 starts and had career averages of 5.0ppg, 3.3rpg while shooting 51.7% from the field. Macon helped lead the Mountaineers to three NCAA Tournaments and appeared in two Sweet 16’s. Last season in Chile, Macon averaged 20.5ppg and 9.7rpg.
