HELP NEEDED | Bring a Non-Perishable Food Item, Get a Ticket for $10 and Chance to Win a Suite 

St. John’s, NL —On Wednesday morning the Community Food Sharing Association were devastated by a fire in their warehouse on Topsail Road. The fire destroyed much of the warehouse and also damaged a lot of non-perishable food items the organization was storing for families in need.

To do our part for the Community Food Sharing Association, the Edge will be asking fans coming to Thursday’s game to donate a non-perishable food item. With the donation you can receive a ticket for just $10.00, you will also be given a ballot for a chance to WIN A SUITE to an Edge game in March.

We encourage all fans and community members to join us as we assist in getting the Community Food Sharing Association back in working order. Our organization is fortunate enough to be able to have a platform to rally everyone in the community to assist in this time of need.

There are also locations all over St. John’s taking in donations for the Community Food Sharing Association to assist them in recovering from this fire as quick as possible. We also want to recognize those who will be taking in donations as we are all apart of this community and can do great things together.
